I’m a certified Hypopressive teacher and I will teach you the basics of this powerful technique.

I’m an economist by profession, but for the past 10 years I’ve been deeply devoted to the practice of Hypopressives. For me, this technique is like meditation and even a natural medicine — it has brought me clarity, strength, and healing. Personally, it helped me overcome incontinence problems and reconnect with my body in a powerful way. Today, as a certified Hypopressive teacher, I share this transformative practice with others through private and group sessions, guiding you to discover the same freedom and balance it has given me.

I offer group Hypopressive sessions at a physiotherapy center, where you can learn this powerful technique in a safe and supportive environment.  Whether you’re new to Hypopressives or already familiar with the method, these classes are designed to meet you where you are.
