Mylene Lopez Baviera

For the past 10 years I’ve been practicing hypopressives, a powerful technique that has transformed not only my body, but also my way of connecting with myself. As an economist by profession and an artist at heart, I’ve always looked for balance between structure and creativity. Sports have been a constant companion in my life, and hypopressives became the bridge that unites movement, health, and inner awareness.

When I first discovered hypopressives, I didn’t imagine how deeply they would impact my posture, breathing, energy, and even my daily confidence. Over the years, I’ve experienced firsthand how these exercises help strengthen the core from within, improve vitality, and bring a sense of lightness and strength at the same time.

Now, I share this practice with others because I truly believe it’s for everyone—whether you are an athlete wanting to enhance performance, someone looking to prevent injuries, or simply a person who wants to feel better in their own body. In my classes, I bring not only the technique, but also my love for sports, movement, and creativity, so every session feels alive and inspiring.

If you’re curious about feeling stronger, lighter, and more connected to your body, I invite you to join me. Together, we’ll explore how hypopressives can open a new path of health and well-being in your life—just as they did for me.
